Overview

STC is a leading telecom and technology service provider in the Middle East region.

frog re-designed and developed stc's digital self-service ecosystem across five touchpoints, helping to transform the relationship and day to day interactions with their growing customer base.

My role

For about 8 months on this project as UX Designer, I worked initially on the end-2-end app, mySTC, producing screenshots in an agile environment and taking care of the overall product experience, from functionality to visual appearance, setting the foundation of the UI kit.

Subsequently, I was responsible for maintaining the design system of the entire product ecosystem, such as website, business and consumer mobile app, totem and steaming app, managing various work streams with design teams spread across Europe.
